Affinity Partnerships Expands Support Following the Creation of Amplify Education

Affinity Partnerships is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership following the creation of Amplify Education, a new multi-academy trust formed through the merger of Trust in Learning Academies (TiLA) and Cathedral Schools Trust (CST). 

Bringing together more than 20 schools and approximately 12,000 pupils across Bristol, Amplify Education represents an exciting new chapter for education in the region. The newly formed trust combines two well-established organisations with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality education and positive outcomes for children and young people. 

As part of this expanded partnership, Affinity Partnerships will continue to support schools across the trust with workforce and staffing solutions, helping school leaders access the teachers, teaching assistants and support staff they need to maintain exceptional learning environments. 

Supporting Schools Across the Amplify Education Network 

Having already established strong relationships with schools previously operating within Cathedral Schools Trust, the expansion represents a natural progression of a partnership built on trust, collaboration and shared values. 

Affinity Partnerships provides responsive staffing support that helps minimise disruption and maintain continuity for pupils. Schools across Amplify Education will continue to benefit from access to fully vetted education professionals and tailored workforce planning support designed to meet local needs.
