Primary Teacher

Affinity Partnerships are currently recruiting Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Milton Keynes.

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic teachers who can deliver engaging lessons and inspire children to achieve their full potential. Whether you are an experienced teacher looking for flexibility or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking valuable classroom experience, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering high-quality lessons, and supporting pupils' academic and personal development.

Opportunities are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, with both day-to-day supply and longer-term roles available.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Adapting lessons to meet the needs of all learners
  • Working collaboratively with school staff, parents, and carers
  • Promoting safeguarding and the wellbeing of all pupils

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • A passion for teaching and supporting children's development
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Desirable

  • Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
  • Experience adapting learning to meet a range of additional needs
  • Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and interventions
