Are you driven by a desire to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you believe in the power of connection, compassion, and consistency to help pupils thrive?
We're looking for dedicated and resilient individuals to join a dynamic team supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within an Alternative Provision at our partnered schools in the Kingswood and Barton Hill area.
These young people have often experienced significant challenges and barriers to education. Your role will be to help them re-engage with learning, build trusting relationships, and develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.
This is a full-time position. Applicants must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, hold a full UK driving licence, and have access to a vehicle. Candidates must also hold business insurance or be willing to obtain it before starting the role.

Safely transporting students to and from school and educational activities as part of their daily provision.

Starting your day by collecting a student and bringing them to school, building positive relationships from the very beginning.
Supporting learning throughout the school day, adapting your approach to meet each student's individual needs.
Delivering enrichment activities and accompanying students on community-based experiences designed to build confidence, independence, and engagement.
Helping pupils manage challenges, celebrate successes, and stay connected to their education.
